All our work is 100% guaranteed!  We suggest that all information given to place an order or to make changes on an order is to be in writing via email or by faxing.  All custom jobs require proofs prior to printing with no exceptions, pre-printed items where the product is already printed and you input your personalization on our website proofs are not required but available upon request for a small additional charge to you, we suggest that all information given is to be in writing via email or by faxing. We make every effort to insure the accuracy of all jobs, however final responsibility lies within the client.  We recommend you read all copy at least twice to insure its accuracy. Our goal is to make your experience with us a happy one! Sorry we cannot accept responsibility for errors found after the client has approved the copy and received the job. Mistakes made by the client; we offer to fix small changes FREE of charge and offer a discount if the job is reprinted at this time. If requested work is not followed through with an order at the time of your proof we have no other choice but to charge for work requested/completed.

Terms of Payment: Sales are not final upon submitting your order online. We collect information in order to better process your printing project. After placing your order you will be contacted if necessary for artwork, shipping arrangements, etc. Upon completion of your project the sale will be finalized.

Privacy Policy: We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
