Reorders and Orders with changes: Reorders with no changes complete step 1 (a sample is still required, we do not retain samples from previous orders, your sample allows us to locate your file for this order, if your printed sample has a logo – we have your logo on file, please do not provide your art a 2nd time as this will delay your order. Reorders with changes are considered as new orders and steps 1 and 2 must be completed accordingly, including your logo if applicable.
For the Price Shown you will receive: The standard template shown on each product page, printing the personalization choices shown on that page, using standard default type styles / fonts and sizes. Shipping Policy: For the safeguard of our products to the end user we will only use our shipping accounts. Please Note: Your shipping address should reflect the name of the business that resides at this location, always include, if applicable your suite #, apartment #, room #, floor #, building #, etc. or your order may be deemed undeliverable. Any order deemed undeliverable, at our discretion additional shipping and handling fees will apply for a 2nd delivery, so please verify your shipping address for accuracy prior to the final checkout. PLEASE NOTE: If applicable, 2nd delivery cost are based on the handling fees and cost of round trip shipping.
