Reorders with changes: It is the customers responsibility to note all changes to their order (at the time of the order) in writing. If changes are made seperate from the online order - The order number must be included with the changes along with all your contact information. All changes will be acknowledged with a proof for your approval prior to printing or an email from this website confirming receipt of your requested changes, please keep this information for your receipt. This webiste will not be held responsible otherwise.
Proofing Policy: Whether your order is customizing a standard product to fit your needs or creating a custom product PennyWisePrinting.com will provide a proof prior to printing. Business Checks and Supplies, Holiday Cards categories where the products are already printed and you input your personalization on our website or provide a scanned or faxed copy, proofs are not required but available upon request for a small additional charge. At our discretion we may waive this additional charge depending on the circumstances. All information given to place an order or to make changes to an order is required to be in writing via email. All proofs require the customers’ written approval to print; otherwise your order will not be processed.
Business Checks and Supplies: Business checks, forms and their envelopes are guaranteed to work with the software names listed on their products page. Let us help you choose the correct check template for your software program. If you require specific positioning of the print, please provide us 3 voided product samples. PennyWisePrinting.com will set up any competitors check template free of charge, including a PDF proof for your approval prior to printing. This website makes every effort to ensure the proper check template is chosen for your software program, we are not responsible if the customer has made the wrong check template choice.

Tax Forms: IRS Approved Deluxe Tax Forms are 100% guaranteed to be in stock and to work with your accounting software, all sales are final - absolutely no returns.
PennyWisePrinting.com makes every reasonable effort to assure the accuracy of all jobs, our goal is to make your experience with us a happy one! We recommend you read all copy at least twice to ensure its accuracy, however the final responsibility lies within the client. Sorry we cannot accept responsibility for errors found after the client has approved the copy and received the printed order. For mistakes made by the client; this website offers to fix small copy changes FREE of charge, we will also discount the 2nd order if reprinted at this time. If for any reason (after an order has been placed) the customer does not allow PennyWisePrinting.com to complete the ordering process, the customer may be charged for the materials used and time spent on this order. All discounts and charges are at this websites discretion and based on the circumstances of the order.
Terms of Payment: Sales are not final upon submitting your order online. We collect information in order to better process your printing project. After placing your order you will be contacted if necessary for artwork, shipping arrangements, etc. Upon completion of your project the sale will be finalized.
Privacy Policy: We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us.
